Alpha

What is Alpha?

Alpha is a relaxed and friendly series of sessions where we explore some of life’s big questions and the basics of the Christian faith. It’s for everyone, including any who might feel life is tough or confusing, or are simply wondering “Is there more to life than this?” You don’t need any church background – just come as you are.

What to Expect

Each evening starts with light refreshments and a chance to chat. We then watch a short video and have time to talk about it together in small groups. There’s no pressure to speak and no question is either too simple or ‘out of bounds’.  We always finish by 8.00pm.

Topics Include:

• Is there more to life than this?

• Why did Jesus die?

• How can I resist evil?

• Does God heal today?

There are eleven evening sessions and one day session. You are welcome to come along and try it and if at any point you feel Alpha isn’t for you, there’s no pressure to continue.
